World's biggest problem and how I'd fix it

Hey guys,

In this week's blog post, I thought I'd address an issue in the world that has been going on for long enough. When I hear the words " Whats the worlds biggest problem?" my mind immediately thinks of world poverty.
This is not a pretty topic and it isn't a light topic either. In fact, its tragic in every sense and although most of us think that we cannot change the image of the world but we can.

"Every little helps". Its also the slogan for Tesco, for those of you who reside in the UK, like myself.  This statement could not be anymore true. Really. Some of us may be thinking that one person cannot change the world, however we can. It'd be like...a DOMINO EFFECT! One person starts it off and it continues to another and another and before you know it, we've created a better and brighter future for the next generation to take over.

To solve world poverty there are many things developed and richer countries can do. They could reduce the interest they add on to the debt that LEDC's owe them. Also richer countries could clear the entire debt. But this is solving the problem when you have a higher authority which unfortunately many of us do not. We can however give back to our local communities and give a couple pounds, euros, dollars or whatever currency they use where you live. You'd be surprised by what good you can do by just starting in your area. Before you know it, more and more people would follow in those steps and entire countries could start by getting back on their feet.

Together you'd be surprised at what can be achieved. I know that this blog post today may not have been what you were expecting but then again it's good that I keep surprising you all with light hearted and real-life related things out there in our world. Besides we've been blessed with Earth and it's our job, individually, to all look out for one another.

P.S. World’s biggest problem isn't the world's biggest problem if it can be solved by us. If it's in our power, it isn't as hopeless as it seems. So, keep on smiling and living life. Ciao :)
